Happy Friday
Well happy Friday to you all!! We made it through another week :) I feel like I battled through this past week. I think its the pms that really got me on edge. It where you walk around and I swear everything just about everything crawls up underneath my skin. I hate that! I step back and actually call them my "william moody moments" yeah I'm sorry dad!! So this morning as I'm browsing my emails and reading up on every one's blogs (i do read them!) Lots of encouraging words of faith and trust in God. That he is not only in control of today but tomorrow. The leap of faith off the edge leads us to trust in him and learn how to fly. Just words that my soul needs to hear. One day at a time and HE is in control not I....So prayers for you all and pray for that special job for Chris. Lots of Love!

Fear...
Just pondering some stuff today and just wanted to throw some of it on the wall to help process it myself and possibly get some good feedback to make it more well rounded. So my wonderful husband is quite a political guy...we have tons of great discussions on events not only here but around the world. I love getting his non-American perspective on things that go on here. So the economy is quite the hot topic. We both can't help but be a bit cynical and poke fun at some of the media and thoughts going on. So watching the news not only is a sad thing but a funny thing at the same time. All the whining and complaining about our economy today and He is like "welcome to how the rest of the world has been living" American land of over consumption! You can see how fear based the media is and how it pumps it into this society. There is always some new law or rule designed to protect, protect, protect. I see it seep into our religious systems too. Do this, don't do that...ect. the heart behind it is to not have to have others suffer with pain, like he did or she did or I did...but without pain is there growth? Now through face book and emails I'm getting the word from certain Christian groups and leaders that we need to store up...fear of a calamity that is going to happen! Store up 30 days of food for your family...etc! Ok so the cynical side of my wants to fall over laughing...is this Y2K all over again? They were preaching to store up back then too....Where is God in all this self-preservation? And is this really a God word of a bi-product of our fear soaked culture? I honestly don't know and I'm at the point of pondering it to filter out my own fears and see what the Truth is and the Heart of God is in this...Good healthy dialogue with trusted friends is where I'm at. So there you have it...

Sick of being sick
So I'm sick...wahhhh! I'm actually grateful that my body has lasted this long! With all the hours I work and the running around I do. I'm surprised it hasn't been sooner. But God is my strength! and my daily E-mergency vitamins. I made it safely through 2 rounds of the flu in my office. But I think it was my couple day fast the other day just stripped down my immune system. I called into my work Monday night, all day Tuesday, cancelled a meeting weds night. It's actually has been nice to be home with my husband. No fun being sick but just doing nothing. Wow this is what its like to come home every night after work...I like this!! Instead of running off to the next job/meeting. :) Soaking the in hot tube really clears my congestion :) Well I wish you all good health. Love & Peace.
